TEST SCIENCE
The blood obtained from finger prick will undergo rapid test for the identification of TSH ( Thyroid stimulating hormone). After the addition of sample into the cassette well the sample will react with the immobilized anti-TSH antibody coated on the test region and form red colour line on test region and control indicating the presence of TSH greater than 5 μIU/mL point out high levels of TSH than the normal level. Only control line and no test line indicate the TSH are within the normal range.
TEST PROCEDURE
- Remove all the contents from the kit after washing your hands with soap and water.
- Wipe the puncture site using alcohol swab and rotate and pull-out lancet.
- Press the lancet and allow free flow of blood drop and draw the blood using capillary drop.
- Squeeze the bulb of capillary dropper to the sample well (labelled as s).
- Add 2 drops of buffer provided in the buffer well and wait for 10 minutes. You should be able to interpret yourselves but if you need professional to interprets your test results then follow the step 6
- Take the picture of the test card with the test cartridge and send the Photo to enquiry@hasudiagnostics.com
