TEST SCIENCE
The collected urine will undergo lateral flow test to check the presence of FSH in urine to aid in the detection of menopause. The anti-FSH antibodies are coated with the test region of the membrane which specifically identify the elevated levels of FSH. The tests are interpreted as positive when visible line observed in the T(test) region and control line indicating high levels of FSH and no visible line on test region and presence on control indicating normal levels of FSH.
TEST PROCEDURE:
- after receive the kit by post, Identify the day to perform the rest (regular periods: first week, Irregular: anytime).
- Collect the midstream urine sample in the supplied plastic cup or sterile container and dip the test strip around 10-15 seconds or remove the cap and hold the midstream as to place absorbent tip.
- Cover the cap of test strip and laydown the product on a clean and stable desk with the test and control window face upwards.
- You should be able to interpret the results yourselves but if you need professional to interprets your test results then follow the step 5
- Take the picture of the test card with the test cartridge and send the Photo to enquiry@hasudiagnostics.com
